As a  Business Analyst – Fresher, you will be a key member of our team. You will work on real-world products, contribute to architecture decisions, and help improve development standards across the team. This is a hands-on role suited for professionals who enjoy building reliable software and solving technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and analyze business requirements from clients and stakeholders.
• Gather, document, and organize functional and business requirements.
• Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases, and process flow documents.
• Communicate requirements clearly to development and QA teams.
• Participate in client discussions, requirement-gathering sessions, and meetings.
• Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Create basic process flows, wireframes, and requirement documentation.
• Coordinate with developers, testers, UI/UX designers, and project managers.
• Assist in preparing project specifications and functional documentation.
• Support the QA team in understanding requirements and validating expected functionality.
• Track requirement changes and maintain proper documentation.
• Perform basic data analysis and prepare reports when required.

Required Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Understanding of requirement gathering and documentation.
• Knowledge of BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases, and Acceptance Criteria.
• Basic knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Familiarity with flowcharts, process diagrams, and business workflows.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate them in a simple manner.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Good to Have

• Basic knowledge of Jira, Trello, or similar project management tools.
• Familiarity with SQL and databases.
• Basic understanding of UML diagrams.
• Knowledge of Figma or other wireframing tools.
• Academic or personal projects involving business analysis or software development.
• Internship experience in Business Analysis, IT, or a related field.

Education

• B.E./B.Tech/BCA/BBA/MBA/MCA or equivalent qualification.
• Candidates from Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related fields are preferred.
