As a Business Development Executive Fresher, you will be a key member of our team. You will create responsive, high-performance user interfaces and work closely with backend teams to deliver seamless product experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities across various industries served by Shine Infosoft.
• Generate and qualify leads through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and professional networking.
• Initiate contact with prospective clients to understand their business challenges and propose how Shine Infosoft’s specialized software solutions can address their needs.
• Assist in preparing compelling proposals, presentations, and sales pitches tailored to client requirements.
• Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate client information and sales activities.
• Collaborate closely with senior Business Development Managers and technical teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and Shine Infosoft's service offerings.
• Actively participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
• Work towards achieving individual and team-based lead generation and sales targets.

Required Qualifications/Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build rapport and relationships.
• A proactive, self-starter attitude with a strong desire to learn and succeed in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle or a keen interest in technology solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Education

• BBA, MBA, B.Com, BCA, B.Tech, BE, or any relevant graduate degree.
• Fresh graduates with a strong interest in Sales and Business Development are encouraged to apply.
