As an AI/ML Developer fresher, you will be a key member of our team. You will own deployment pipelines, server health, and release reliability. This role suits engineers who enjoy automation, monitoring, and keeping production systems stable.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement machine learning and AI solutions under the guidance of senior developers.

• Collect, clean, preprocess, and analyze datasets.

• Build, train, and evaluate machine learning models.

• Work with algorithms such as regression, classification, clustering, and basic deep learning.

• Develop Python-based applications and ML pipelines.

• Use libraries and frameworks such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.

• Perform model evaluation, debugging, and optimization.

• Assist in integrating ML models into applications and APIs.

• Conduct research on new AI/ML technologies and approaches.

• Document code, experiments, models, and technical processes.

• Collaborate with software developers, data engineers, and other team members.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Python.

• Basic understanding of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence concepts.

• Familiarity with supervised and unsupervised learning.

• Understanding of data preprocessing and exploratory data analysis.

• Knowledge of basic statistics and probability.

• Familiarity with Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.

• Basic knowledge of SQL and databases.

• Understanding of Git/GitHub and software development practices.

• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Strong willingness to learn new technologies.

Good to Have

• Exposure to Deep Learning using TensorFlow or PyTorch.

• Basic understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI/LLMs.

• Experience with REST APIs or Flask/FastAPI.

• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

• Academic, personal, internship, or GitHub projects related to AI/ML.

• Participation in hackathons, coding competitions, or AI/ML projects.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Electronics, or a related field.

• Fresh graduates with strong AI/ML fundamentals and relevant projects are encouraged to apply.
