As a Senior PHP Laravel Developer, you will be a pivotal member of our team, instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge web applications. Your expertise will directly contribute to our mission of delivering consumer-grade and enterprise applications that drive success and expand our own product offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications using PHP.
• Develop scalable and secure applications using Laravel and MVC architecture.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
• Design, optimize, and maintain database structures and SQL queries.
• Implement new features and enhancements based on business requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex application and production issues.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
• Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and external services.
• Write clean, reusable, modular, and maintainable code.
• Conduct code reviews and follow development standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with front-end developers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and project managers.
• Participate in technical discussions and contribute to application architecture decisions.
• Manage source code using Git/GitHub/GitLab.
• Maintain and improve existing applications and legacy code where required.

Required Technical Skills

• 3–5 years of professional experience in PHP development.
• Strong proficiency in PHP and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Strong hands-on experience with Laravel.
• Excellent understanding of MVC architecture.
• Strong knowledge of MySQL and relational database concepts.
• Experience with database design, indexing, joins, transactions, and query optimization.
• Strong experience developing REST APIs.
• Good understanding of JSON, API authentication, and third-party API integration.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and AJAX.
• Experience with Git/GitHub/GitLab.
• Good understanding of web application security and performance optimization.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Laravel Skills

• Strong understanding of Laravel Routing, Middleware, Controllers, Requests, Validation, and Eloquent ORM.
• Experience with Laravel authentication and authorization.
• Good knowledge of Laravel Queues, Jobs, Events, and Notifications.
• Experience with migrations, seeders, factories, and database relationships.
• Understanding of Laravel caching and performance optimization.
• Knowledge of Composer and PHP package management.

Good to Have

• Experience with latest PHP and Laravel versions.
• Knowledge of Redis and caching mechanisms.
• Experience with Docker.
• Understanding of Linux server environments.
• Knowledge of AWS / Azure or other cloud platforms.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture.
• Experience integrating payment gateways and ERP/CRM systems.
• Familiarity with AI tools, LLMs, or AI-assisted development is an added advantage.

Educational Qualification

• BE / B.Tech / BCA / MCA / MSc (Computer Science) or equivalent.
• Strong practical project experience will be preferred.
