As a Python Developer, you will be a key member of our team. You will own deployment pipelines, server health, and release reliability. This role suits engineers who enjoy automation, monitoring, and keeping production systems stable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain applications using Python programming and its frameworks 

• Build and integrate Generative AI solutions using LLMs, LangChain, and related tools 

• Assist in building and testing Machine Learning models and AI solutions 

• Work on data preprocessing, data cleaning, and data analysis tasks 

• Understand business requirements and contribute to AI-based solutions 

• Implement basic ML algorithms and evaluate model performance 

• Work with libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn 

• Assist in developing AI/ML pipelines and automation scripts 

• Perform debugging, testing, and optimization of models 

• Collaborate with team members to improve existing solutions 

• Stay updated with the latest AI/ML and Gen AI trends and technologies 

Required Skills and Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in BE & B. Tech

• 0–3 Months experience 

• Strong knowledge of Python programming fundamentals 

• Understanding of OOP concepts and programming logic 

• Proficiency in Python frameworks such as FastAPI and Django 

• Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts 

• Basic understanding of Generative AI concepts — LLMs, LangChain, LangGraph, RAG, AI Agents; at least one small project or hands-on exposure is a must 

• Familiarity with NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Scikit-learn 

• Knowledge of SQL databases and Vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate) 

• Basic understanding of any cloud platform (AWS or GCP) 

• Basic understanding of statistics and probability concepts 

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Good to Have:

• Basic knowledge of Deep Learning frameworks like TensorFlow / PyTorch 

• Understanding of Neural Networks and model training concepts 

• Exposure to NLP (Natural Language Processing) or Computer Vision 

• Advanced ML/DL concepts and techniques 

• Knowledge of NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis) 

• Familiarity with Git and version control systems 

• Basic knowledge of APIs and backend development 

• Docker for containerization 

• Celery for task queue and background job handling 

• Basic knowledge of Generative AI / LLM fine-tuning concepts 

Soft Skills:

• Strong learning attitude and curiosity toward AI technologies 

• Good communication and teamwork skills 

• Ability to analyze problems and think logically 

• Attention to detail and commitment to quality 

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
