You will be instrumental in transforming complex client challenges into robust, high-performance AI-powered applications, contributing directly to our mission of digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end development, implementation, and deployment of AI/ML models and systems, from conceptualization to production.
- Design and build scalable and efficient machine learning pipelines on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Research, evaluate, and apply state-of-the-art AI/ML algorithms and techniques, including deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data scientists, and software engineers, to integrate AI solutions into our custom web and mobile applications.
- Optimize the performance, scalability, and reliability of AI/ML models and infrastructure.
- Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership for complex AI projects, ensuring perfect & superior quality and 100% bug-free applications.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the continuous improvement of our engineering practices and methodologies.
Required Qualifications/Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in developing and deploying AI/ML solutions.
- Strong proficiency in Python and relevant AI/ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for building and deploying ML models.
- Solid understanding of machine learning principles, data structures, algorithms, and software engineering best practices.
- Proven ability to work with large datasets and develop robust data preprocessing pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, performant solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and developing AI agents.
- Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools for model lifecycle management.
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and API integration (Third Party API Integration).
- Experience in an Agile development environment.
