As a IT Executive, you will be a key member of our team. You will work on real-world products, contribute to architecture decisions, and help improve development standards across the team. This is a hands-on role suited for professionals who enjoy building reliable software and solving technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve hardware, software, and network issues for internal users.
• Set up systems, manage access, and document support procedures.
• Escalate critical incidents and follow IT security guidelines.
• Maintain asset inventory and assist with onboarding/offboarding.
• Monitor helpdesk tickets and ensure timely resolution within SLA.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 1-3 years of relevant software development experience (flexible for strong candidates).
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle, version control, and debugging.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews.
• Good communication skills for coordinating with product, QA, and business teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience with agile/scrum workflows and task tracking tools.
• Exposure to production deployments, monitoring, or CI/CD is a plus.
