Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Python AI/ML Developer with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python backend development using Flask, Django, and FastAPI, along with hands-on experience in developing AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and OpenAI APIs.

This role involves designing and building scalable backend systems, integrating cutting-edge AI technologies, developing high-performance APIs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python, Flask, Django, and FastAPI.
• Develop and integrate AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs) for natural language processing, automation, and intelligent workflows.
• Build and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma, or Weaviate.
• Integrate AI services and frameworks including OpenAI APIs, LangChain, Hugging Face, and LlamaIndex.
• Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and GraphQL APIs for seamless integration with internal and external systems.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
• Develop and maintain microservices-based architectures for AI applications.
• Work closely with Data Scientists, Frontend Developers, Product Managers, and DevOps teams to deliver end-to-end AI solutions.
• Deploy AI applications on cloud platforms and support containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Research, evaluate, and implement emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and documentation while following software development best practices

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Python backend development.
• Strong proficiency in Python programming.
• Hands-on experience with Flask, Django, and FastAPI.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), design patterns, and software engineering best practices.
• Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs and GraphQL APIs.
• Strong knowledge of microservices architecture, JSON, and WebSockets.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases including:
• PostgreSQL
• MySQL
• MongoDB
• Redis
• Proficiency with Git, GitHub, or GitLab for version control.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
