This role is crucial for maintaining the smooth daily operations of our Head office, ensuring a tidy and efficient work environment for all staff. The Office Support Associate plays a vital role in supporting our administrative and operational functions, contributing directly to our productivity and the professional image we uphold.\n

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general office upkeep tasks, including maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in common areas, meeting rooms, and the pantry.
• Provide refreshments (tea, coffee, water) to staff and visitors as required, maintaining pantry supplies.
• Assist with basic administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, printing, and binding documents.
• Monitor and replenish office supplies, stationery, and pantry items, reporting low stock levels to the relevant department.
• Prepare and set up meeting rooms for scheduled gatherings, ensuring all necessary equipment and materials are in place.
• Assist with the movement of office equipment, documents, and other materials within the premises.
• Support event setup and breakdown for internal company functions or client meetings.
• Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions promptly to ensure a safe and functional workspace.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• A minimum of a Secondary School Certificate or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven reliability, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills to understand instructions and manage simple tasks.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with a polite and helpful demeanor.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving items up to 15-20 kg.
• A proactive approach to tasks and a willingness to assist colleagues.
• Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information with discretion.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in an office support or similar role is an advantage.
• Familiarity with basic office equipment (photocopier, scanner).
• Basic computer knowledge (e.g., sending emails, using simple applications) is a plus.
