As a Senior SEO Executive, you will be a key member of our team. You will work on real-world products, contribute to architecture decisions, and help improve development standards across the team. This is a hands-on role suited for professionals who enjoy building reliable software and solving technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies for Shine Infosoft and its diverse range of digital solutions.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trend analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Perform on-page, off-page, and technical SEO audits and optimizations to improve search engine rankings and user experience.
• Manage and execute effective link-building strategies and outreach campaigns.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
• Collaborate closely with content creators, developers, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across all digital initiatives.
• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
• Provide recommendations for content development, website architecture, and user experience to maximize organic visibility.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience (3 to 5 years) as an SEO Executive or specialist, preferably within the IT or software development industry.
• Strong understanding of all facets of SEO, including on-page, off-page, technical SEO, and local SEO.
• Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar platforms.
• Demonstrable experience in successful keyword research, link building, and content optimization.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively in an agile team environment.
• A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for digital marketing and technology.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO.
• Experience with international SEO and multi-language websites.
• Relevant certifications in SEO or digital marketing.
