Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end talent acquisition efforts, particularly for technical roles (e.g., AI/ML Developers, Web/Mobile Engineers), ensuring a superior candidate experience.
• Develop and implement robust HR policies and procedures that align with Pirotan's values and industry best practices.
• Manage employee relations, fostering a positive and productive work environment for our diverse team of 51-200 employees.
• Oversee performance management cycles, including goal setting, reviews, and professional development plans.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and fairness.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations in India and support US operations.
• Manage HR information systems (HRIS) to maintain accurate employee records and generate insightful HR analytics.
• Support learning and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career growth within our dynamic tech landscape.
• Drive onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for all Pirotan team members.

Required Qualifications/Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of progressive HR experience, with a significant portion spent in the Information Technology sector.
• Proven track record in talent acquisition for technical roles.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS platforms and MS Office Suite.
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment.
• Familiarity with HR practices supporting both Indian and US operations.
