Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of advanced AI/ML models and systems.
- Research, evaluate, and implement state-of-the-art machine learning algorithms and deep learning techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers, to define requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Develop robust data pipelines and perform extensive data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data analysis.
- Optimize AI/ML models for performance, scalability, and efficiency, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Implement MLOps practices for model versioning, deployment, monitoring, and retraining in production environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML research and industry best practices.
Required Qualifications/Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in developing and deploying AI/ML solutions.
- Strong proficiency in Python and relevant AI/ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and statistical modeling.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for deploying and managing ML workloads.
- Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using tools like SQL, Pandas, and Spark.
- Demonstrated experience with software development best practices, including version control (Git) and agile methodologies.
