We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented QA Analyst to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This role is crucial in upholding our promise of superior quality across all our projects, from robust enterprise applications to engaging startup solutions. You will play a vital part in ensuring that every product we deliver meets the highest standards of performance, reliability, and user experience for our diverse global clientele.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, document, and execute comprehensive test cases and test plans for web, mobile, and AI-powered applications.
- Perform various types of testing including functional, regression, UI/UX, and performance testing.
- Identify, record, thoroughly document, and track bugs and defects using appropriate bug tracking systems.
- Collaborate closely with development, product, and project management teams to understand requirements and ensure quality throughout the SDLC.
- Participate in design and requirement reviews to provide input on testability and potential risks.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies within an Agile environment.
- Ensure adherence to Pirotan's high standards of "Perfect & Superior Quality" and "Clear & Interactive User-Friendly GUI."
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Basic understanding of Quality Assurance methodologies, principles, and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Hands-on experience with manual testing techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of clearly articulating defects and collaborating effectively.
- Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana).
- A genuine passion for technology and a commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions.
