As a Node.js Developer, you will be a key member of our team. You will create responsive, high-performance user interfaces and work closely with backend teams to deliver seamless product experiences.

We are looking for a skilled Node.js Developer with 1–3 years of experience to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in backend development, API development, database integration, and building scalable web applications using Node.js.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable backend applications using Node.js.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs and web services.
• Develop server-side application logic using Node.js and Express.js.
• Work with databases and perform CRUD operations.
• Integrate third-party APIs and external services.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate backend APIs.
• Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues.
• Optimise application performance and database queries.
• Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.
• Work with Git for source-code management.
• Understand project requirements and deliver features within timelines.

Required Skills

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Node.js development.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+).
• Good experience with Node.js and Express.js.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, HTTP methods, JSON, and API integration.
• Experience with MongoDB / MySQL / PostgreSQL.
• Good understanding of asynchronous programming, Promises, and async/await.
• Knowledge of Git/GitHub.
• Understanding of authentication mechanisms such as JWT.
• Good knowledge of debugging and error-handling practices.
• Understanding of basic security practices in web applications.

Good to Have

• Experience with MERN Stack.
• Knowledge of TypeScript.
• Experience with Redux or other state-management technologies.
• Familiarity with Redis or caching mechanisms.
• Knowledge of Docker and basic deployment concepts.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Understanding of microservices architecture is an advantage.

Educational Qualification

• BE / B.Tech / BCA / MCA / MSc (Computer Science) or equivalent.
• Relevant professional experience and practical project knowledge will be considered.
