Job Purpose:

The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually compelling designs to support marketing campaigns, product packaging, and promotional materials for both online and offline platforms. The role requires a blend of creativity, branding expertise, and technical skills to produce designs that effectively communicate the brand’s message and attract customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design packaging, labels, marketing materials, and digital creatives.
• Maintain brand consistency and FMCG packaging compliance.
• Create campaign, advertising, POS, and promotional designs.
• Develop social media graphics, GIFs, animations, and digital ads.
• Research design trends and competitor visuals.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, photography, vendors, and e-commerce teams.
• Ensure print and digital quality, accuracy, and optimization.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 1+ years of graphic design experience, preferably FMCG.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects.
• Knowledge of Canva, CorelDRAW, Figma, and video editing is a plus.
• Strong creativity, typography, attention to detail, communication, and time management.
