As an AI/ML Engineer, you will be a key member of our technology team. You will work on real-world AI and machine learning solutions, develop intelligent applications, integrate modern AI technologies, and contribute to building scalable and reliable machine learning systems. This is a hands-on role suited for professionals who enjoy solving complex problems and working with emerging AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain machine learning and AI solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Develop and optimize machine learning and deep learning models using Python and modern ML frameworks.
• Work with data preprocessing, analysis, feature engineering, model training, and evaluation.
• Develop AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI technologies.
• Integrate OpenAI APIs, Hugging Face models, and other AI services into applications.
• Build AI workflows and applications using frameworks such as LangChain.
• Develop and integrate REST APIs for AI/ML applications and services.
• Optimize model performance, accuracy, scalability, and inference time.
• Work with databases and SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Debug and troubleshoot AI/ML applications and resolve technical issues.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, product owners, and other team members to deliver AI-powered features.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, sprint planning, and development activities.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in AI, machine learning, deep learning, and Generative AI.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Strong programming knowledge in Python.
• Hands-on experience with Machine Learning and Deep Learning concepts.
• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
• Good knowledge of Pandas and NumPy for data processing and analysis.
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI.
• Knowledge of Prompt Engineering techniques.
• Experience working with Hugging Face and AI/ML models.
• Familiarity with OpenAI APIs and integrating AI services into applications.
• Knowledge of LangChain for building LLM-powered applications.
• Understanding of REST APIs and API integration.
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub for version control.
• Basic experience with Docker and containerized applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing and deploying AI/ML models in production environments.
• Experience with NLP, Generative AI, or LLM-based applications.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of MLOps, model deployment, monitoring, and optimization is preferred.
• Experience working with vector databases or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) is a plus.
• Contributions to personal, academic, or open-source AI/ML projects are a plus.
